In the army we used the acronym "KISS" Keep It Simple Stupid. In most cases it will apply.

 

Security without application. Ask yourself,  how many times have you seen a security camera jump of the wall and arrest someone? That's right, they don't, so what's the point?

 

Generally it's the same old footage on the News or on Facebook of a guy wearing a hoody or a hat, that cannot be identified, getting away with it.
